
Cancellation & Refund Policy

Subscription Cancellation
You have the right to cancel your Propovo subscription at any time. Cancellation is effective immediately, but you will retain access to your account and all premium features until the end of your current billing period.
How to Cancel:
- Log into your Propovo account and navigate to Account Settings
- Select the "Billing & Subscription" section
- Click "Cancel Subscription" and follow the prompts
- Alternatively, contact our support team at support@propovo.com
Post-Cancellation:
After cancellation, your account will automatically revert to our free plan at the end of your billing period. Your proposal data will be preserved, but access to premium features will be restricted according to free plan limitations.
Refund Policy
Since we provide a free trial period for all users to thoroughly evaluate our product and services before committing to a paid subscription, we generally do not provide refunds once a subscription period has started.
Exceptional Refund Cases:
However, refunds may be considered in the following exceptional circumstances:
- Billing errors or unauthorized duplicate charges
- Extended service outages lasting more than 72 hours
- Critical technical issues that completely prevent access to core features
- Legal or regulatory requirements mandating a refund
Non-Refundable Items:
The following are strictly non-refundable:
- Regular subscription payments
- Add-on services or additional storage purchased separately
- Accounts suspended for Terms of Service violations
- Partial or unused portions of subscription periods
Processing Refunds
In cases where a refund is approved:
- Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5-10 business days
- You will receive email confirmation when the refund is initiated
- Processing time may vary depending on your bank or credit card company
- Your account access may be immediately restricted upon refund processing
Requesting a Refund
If you believe your situation qualifies for an exceptional refund, please contact our support team with:
- Your account email address
- Detailed explanation of the exceptional circumstances
- Order or transaction ID (if available)
- Any relevant documentation or evidence
All refund requests will be reviewed within 2-3 business days, and you will be notified of the decision via email.
Data Retention After Cancellation
After subscription cancellation or refund:
- Your proposal data will be retained for 90 days to allow for potential reactivation
- You can export your data at any time during this period
- After 90 days, data may be permanently deleted unless required for legal reasons
- Free plan users retain access to basic features and limited proposal storage
