How AI credits workHow does the free trial work?
Try Premium for 14 days without a card. The trial includes 250 AI credits, enough for a few full drafts plus edits and chat. Choose a paid plan when you are ready; you will not be charged automatically.
How do AI credits work?
Every seat adds 2,000 credits a month to one shared pool. Each AI action uses credits in proportion to the work involved: a chat reply or inline suggestion is about 2, an AI edit to your document about 5, and a complete proposal draft from a brief, call or CRM deal about 25. You see the exact charge for each action in Settings. Manually creating and editing proposals never uses credits.
Do clients need paid seats?
No. Seats are for you and the internal members of your team. Clients and proposal recipients can view, comment and sign without a paid seat. The seat total includes the account owner.
Is everything really in one plan?
Yes. Premium includes proposals, client rooms, e-signatures, the deal pipeline and every integration: HubSpot, Pipedrive, Salesforce, Zoho CRM, Gmail, Outlook, SMTP, Slack, Calendly and webhooks. CRM sync imports contacts, logs proposal activity and can create or update a deal when a proposal is accepted; it is not a continuous two-way mirror of every record.
How does the early-bird offer work?
Eligible first-time paid customers choosing monthly billing pay $29 per seat per month until they cancel their subscription. The offer is applied automatically when eligible. When we close the offer, new subscribers pay the standard monthly rate. You keep your early-bird monthly rate if you switch to yearly and later return to monthly on the same subscription. Yearly billing is $288 per seat; the monthly discount does not apply to yearly payments. If you cancel and later start a new subscription, the early-bird rate does not carry over. Prices are in USD, before applicable taxes.
Can I change or cancel my plan?
Manage your subscription from Billing in your account. You can change your seats or billing cycle and review the charge before confirming. Cancelling stops future renewals; your paid access continues until the end of the current billing period.
What happens to unused AI credits?
Included credits refresh each month and do not roll over. Yearly plans receive the same monthly credits as monthly plans. Paid seats multiply the pool, and members share it. Reaching the limit never stops manual proposal creation or access to your existing documents. If you need more, a boost pack adds 2,500 credits for $9, valid for 12 months and used only after your monthly pool.
