A scope with edges
Define pages, CMS collections, migration, revisions and who supplies the content.
Win the project before the first wireframe.
Create your first proposal
Propovo is web design proposal software that helps designers and studios agree the scope before any design work starts. Website projects drift when the proposal leaves gaps: how many pages, which CMS, who writes the content, how many revision rounds and what happens after launch. Those gaps turn into unpaid work.
In Propovo you start from discovery notes or a call transcript, review the suggested scope and open questions, and build the proposal in a branded editor from a website template. Packages let you offer the core build with optional extras and a care plan. The client room keeps the proposal, comments, approval and e-signature together, and a deposit request opens your own payment provider link.
Define pages, CMS collections, migration, revisions and who supplies the content.
Add portfolio images, video and links that show why your studio fits.
Present a core website, optional services and ongoing support clearly.
Keep the proposal, agreement and feedback together through the handoff.
Larch and Pine, a fictional two-person studio, adds notes from a call with an architecture practice that needs a new portfolio site. Propovo lists goals, a page plan and open questions, including who will write the project descriptions.
Starting from the Webflow template, the studio sets out ten pages, a CMS collection for projects, two revision rounds and content migration from the old site, and states that copy is supplied by the client.
The pricing table shows the website build as the core package, with an optional photography add-on and a monthly care plan for updates and fixes after launch.
The practice’s partners comment on the timeline in the client room, approve the revised version and e-sign. The studio then shares a deposit request that opens its own payment provider link.
Add goals, page plans, platform choices and launch constraints.
Confirm responsibilities, revisions and any missing details.
Add your process, relevant work, timeline and pricing.
Review feedback, collect acceptance and share a deposit request.

At minimum: the page list, platform and CMS, content responsibilities, number of revision rounds, timeline, what launch includes and what happens afterwards. Propovo’s website templates give you a structure for each of these, which you then edit to fit the project and your own process.
Yes. Use packages to present the build as the core option and add ongoing care or maintenance as a separate monthly item. The client sees both in the pricing table and can approve the build with or without the care plan.
Yes. The branded editor lets you add images, video and links to relevant projects alongside your process and timeline, so the client sees why your studio is a good fit before they reach the pricing section.
After the client signs, share a payment request from the client room. It opens the payment link from your own provider, because Propovo does not process payments itself. The deposit goes straight to your account, and the request sits next to the signed proposal.
