Yes. Attach the contract to a proposal or quote, and the client accepts the offer and signs the contract in the same step. You can also share both in one client room.
What happens when the scope changes after signing?
Prepare a change order from the accepted scope, with the added work and any fee or timeline changes, and send it to the client. The signed contract stays as it was signed.
