Claude

  1. Open Claude Connectors, choose Add, then Add custom connector.
  2. Name it Propovo and enter the connection URL above.
  3. Continue through setup, sign in to Propovo, select your workspace and review the requested permissions.
  4. Enable Propovo in a conversation. Try: “Find my latest proposal in Propovo.”

ChatGPT

  1. Open ChatGPT Plugins, select the plus button and choose Add custom MCP server. Your workspace policy must allow custom connections.
  2. Name it Propovo, enter the connection URL and choose OAuth. Review ChatGPT’s warning, then choose Create as a plugin.
  3. Sign in to Propovo, choose a workspace and approve the permissions you want to use. Review the discovered tools.
  4. Install the plugin, then select Propovo using @ in a conversation. Try: “Save these notes as a private proposal draft in Propovo.”
Custom connection

This is a custom MCP connection, not an app-directory listing. Availability depends on your AI app and workspace settings. Draft saves use content supplied by your AI app and do not use Propovo AI credits.

Manage access

Each connection is limited to the workspace and permissions you approve. Your role and Propovo plan still apply. Context snapshots expire after seven days; saved drafts remain in your document library. Reconnect after 90 days or after revoking access.

Open Integrations settings to see your connected apps and revoke access.
