What Fathom connects
Account authorisation
Connect your Fathom account in the workspace you are using.
Meeting selection
Browse accessible meetings and choose the transcripts to import.
Attributed sources
Keep the imported source labelled as Fathom in your document preparation flow.
Set it up
Choose your workspace
Connect Fathom from Settings → Integrations or the document composer’s Add sources menu.
Choose the context
Select the meetings or documents that belong to this client and import them as sources.
Review the draft
Keep your own notes alongside the imported sources. Check the generated draft before sharing it with the client.
Connection details
- Imports are selected source copies, not continuous account synchronisation. A later change in the provider does not automatically update an attached source.
- You can attach up to five sources. File type, text size, provider access and workspace permissions determine what can be imported.
- Importing context does not publish a document, send an email or invite a client. You review and share the result.
- A meeting must have an accessible transcript. This connection does not record or join meetings.
