What Fireflies connects
Availability check
Settings shows whether the Fireflies connection is configured. Checking availability does not authorise an account.
Account authorisation
Where available, connect through Fireflies authorisation without entering an API key in Propovo.
Selected transcripts
Search meetings, import selected transcripts and review their use in the draft.
Set it up
Check availability
Open Settings → Integrations or choose Fireflies from Add sources. If the connection is unavailable, upload your transcript instead.
Choose your workspace
Connect Fireflies from Settings → Integrations or the document composer’s Add sources menu.
Choose the context
Select the meetings or documents that belong to this client and import them as sources.
Review the draft
Keep your own notes alongside the imported sources. Check the generated draft before sharing it with the client.
Connection details
- Imports are selected source copies, not continuous account synchronisation. A later change in the provider does not automatically update an attached source.
- You can attach up to five sources. File type, text size, provider access and workspace permissions determine what can be imported.
- Importing context does not publish a document, send an email or invite a client. You review and share the result.
- Fireflies connection availability and provider permissions must be verified for your workspace. Listing this connection does not guarantee that every workspace can connect today.
- This connection does not record or join meetings. Only transcripts accessible to the authorised account can be imported.
