What Webhooks connects

  • Outgoing events

    Receive proposals sent, viewed, accepted, declined, commented on, requesting changes or published, plus new-contact events.

  • Supported inbound actions

    Create a contact, update supported fields on an existing contact, or create a basic draft proposal.

  • Delivery controls

    Use the signed event payload and stable event ID at your receiver. Inspect delivery results and retry eligible failures in settings.

Set it up

  1. Create the connection

    Open Settings → Integrations and create the automation connection in the workspace it should access.

  2. Configure your workflow

    For outgoing events, save your receiving webhook URL and choose triggers. For inbound actions, use the connection URL and its authorisation secret.

  3. Test one event or action

    Use a small, controlled example. Verify your receiver and review delivery results before relying on the workflow.

Connection details

  • This is a webhook connection that needs configuration in your automation tool. It is not a promise of a native certified app or a ready-made workflow for every provider.
  • Inbound draft creation saves basic proposal fields and optional overview text. It does not run AI generation or publish/send the proposal.
  • Receivers should verify signatures and handle duplicate outgoing events. Use an Idempotency-Key for supported inbound writes and keep connection secrets private.
