Connect the account through the Google authorisation flow.

Open Settings → Connected inboxes, choose Gmail and complete the provider’s authorisation flow.
Check your sender
Choose a default sender if needed and send a test email to an address you control.
Prepare the proposal email
Open Prepare email from the proposal editor, proposal details or Deals. Review the recipient, subject and message before sending.
Connection details
- The connection sends proposal emails. It is not an inbox reader, a complete email client or a cold-outreach campaign engine.
- Provider permissions, account configuration and sending limits still apply. A successful connection does not guarantee delivery to the inbox.
- Email opens and clicks are signals. Privacy protections and automated scanning can affect the recorded activity.
